The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and was always fresh. The room included complimentary toiletries such as shower gel and shampoo, very convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful . They always greeted me with a smile and assisted with any questions. I really appreciate their dedication to customer service.
The parking lot had limited spaces during peak hours, requiring some patience to find a spot.

the mattress in room 244? a disaster! seating on it was so uncomfortable, i hardly got any sleep because of the back pains the bed was causing me.

The staff was helpful. My room had an extra seating area I really liked. Check-in and check-out were easy. The ensuite bathroom offered great privacy with an interesting door.
I felt the room was a bit too warm, and the thermostat wasn't working as expected.
